
Hayoung (she/her; pronounced /ha/young/) is a cognitive neuroscientist and an Assistant Professor of Psychology. She received her PhD from the University of Chicago and postdoctoral training from Washington University in St. Louis. She received her BA and MS from Sungkyunkwan University in Korea. Hayoung is always curious to know more about the brain and an advocate of slow and open science practices and collaborations. Outside the lab, you can find Hayoung spending time outdoors with her husband and exploring cool cafes in the neighborhood!
